How do I enter a race?You just turn up on the day, check your nerves at the top of the hill and then either run or go home!
Does it cost to enter?No. The only charge is £5 for the car-park (which funds the event)
Where can I stay?Suggestions are on the page ‘Where to stay’. For other accommodation contact the Tourist Information Office.
Are there any individual pubs in the area?Cooper’s Hill is only a collection of ‘dwellings’, with no facilities. There are several villages within a 10 mile radius with ‘real’ pubs.
What do I win?The first person to arrive at the foot of the hill wins the cheese, 2nd.- £5, 3rd.- £3.
When is it?In 2005 it will be on Monday 30th. May at mid-day.
